We offer free returns on select products that are unused, and in original condition within 45 days after purchase.
We do not accept any returns on opened or used food items. This includes food packaging such as buckets and cans.
Items purchased during a BOGO promotion or as part of a bundle package are only eligible for return if all items are returned together, unused, and in original condition. Upon receiving the returned items, if items are missing we will deduct the total retail value of the missing items from the amount refunded. Item condition is determined at the sole discretion of Beam.
Refurbished products & replacement parts are not eligible for return.
Please note: Used returns may incur a restocking fee of up to 50%. Item condition is determined at the sole discretion of Beam.
